Flow State: A Culture + Creative Wellness Retreat

Produced by 22rivrs , powered by Focusrite, Flow State is a culture and creative wellness retreat and residency.

Through a 10-episode branded video series and a companion documentary, Flow State explore how intentional, creative environments can fuel excellence across disciplines and nurture human flourishing. In our Summer 2025 pilot retreat, hosted in New Orleans, participants engaged in immersive experiences rooted in the city’s living culture , including its food, history, and social traditions, and creative expression, while also exploring rest, recovery, and reflection through wellness-centered design.

Featuring guests such as RIAA Platinum producer Ashilee Ashilee, GRAMMY-nominated singer-songwriter Benji., and Billboard #1 producer Spiff Sinatra, and accomplished producer, professor, and engineer Leale, the project uplifts modern culture bearers and enterprise leaders shaping the future of their spaces.

A core element of Flow State integrates data-driven wellness experiences, merging environment, sensory design, and creative practive research to study how creativity and well-being intersect.

Roses: A Juneteenth Community Activation

On Juneteenth, in collaboration with James Beard-nominated chef Kaitlin Guerin and Lagniappe Bakehouse, 22rivrs honored Freedom with love, food, and sound.

Throughout the day, a rotating house tab opened every half hour, offering free food and beverages to both unsuspecting and intentional patrons. Each time the song “Roses” played, art met and created a moment.

Art and community were never meant to be passively separate. Immersion in food and sound, in a blended city, gently reminded us: the things we consume and choices we make matter. The things we celebrate, we must protect.
